Year 6 Summer Fair

Dear Parents,

Recently the year 6 children of Keyworth Primary School have been planning and organising a summer fair which is taking place this Friday 6th July between 3 – 4:30PM. The children have been planning stalls, creating price plans, planning prizes and asking local businesses for donations. The children will also be running the stalls, under the supervision of adults from the year 6 team and the rest of the school.

The stalls included are:

Face Painting / Football Shot Challenge / Beat the Goalie / Tombola / Lollipop Lucky Dip / Barbeque / Name the Teddy / Guess the Number of Sweets / Trampoline / Cake and Refreshments Stall.

There will also be a raffle drawn at 4:30pm with such prizes as a Digital Tablet (worth £75), free cinema tickets, a subway meal, various beauty products and toiletries and much, much more!

(Due to sad recent events in Norfolk last weekend, the school have decided to withdraw the bouncy castle that was advertised on flyers.).

The fair will be raising funds for the school and a donation will be made to the WWF (World Wildlife Foundation) in line with the school’s endangered animals topic this term. The year 6 children see this an opportunity as giving back to the school and helping raise funds for trips for future year groups. If you are able to attend your support will be greatly appreciated!

Yours sincerely

Jamie Noble (Assistant Head Teacher)
